How we handle your data

Demo environment

This platform currently runs as a demonstration with fictional data only. Please do not enter real passport numbers, criminal-record information or other sensitive personal data yet.

Where data is stored

All application data and uploaded documents are stored in a database in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS); sensitive fields are additionally encrypted at rest.

What we collect

Only what the facilitator needs to assess your application: your name, email, start-up details, your answers in the AI conversation, and the documents you choose to upload. Identity details (passport, date of birth) are only requested after acceptance, never during the quick scan.

No automated decisions

The AI assistant prepares and structures your application, but it never takes a formal decision about you. Acceptance by a facilitator is always a human decision, and visa decisions are made exclusively by the Dutch authorities (RVO/IND).
